1. Shipping Destination & Fees
Hong Kong Local Delivery (Powered by SF Express):
FREE Shipping: Enjoy Free Local Shipping on all orders over HK$100 (after discounts).
Standard Shipping: For orders below HK100, a flat rate of **HK30** applies (or choose SF Express Pay on Delivery).

Residential and Commercial Addresses
Macau Delivery:
We support SF Express shipping to Macau. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or charged on delivery.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Estimated Delivery Time:
Hong Kong: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Macau: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Shipment Tracking: Once your package is shipped, a confirmation email/SMS containing your SF Express Tracking Number will be sent to you.
3. Important Notes for Self-Pickups
If choosing an SF Locker or SF Store:
Please ensure you enter the correct SF Network Code (e.g., 852M1001) and a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number at checkout.
You will receive an SMS notification from SF Express with a pick-up code once your package arrives. Please collect your parcel within the designated timeframe to avoid late collection fees.
4. Severe Weather Arrangements
Deliveries will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or extreme conditions are in effect. Dispatches and deliveries will resume as soon as possible after signals are lowered.
